This software and its source code are proprietary and confidential. They are not
open source. No licence is granted except as set out below.


1. BETA LICENCE

If Artifact Video, LLC has invited you to the private beta, you are granted a
personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use
the software on Mac computers you own or control, for the purpose of evaluating
it and giving feedback.

That is the whole grant. It ends when the beta ends, or when we withdraw it,
whichever comes first.


2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

You may not redistribute, publish, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise
make the software available to anyone else; share your download credentials;
reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where that restriction is
prohibited by law; or remove or alter any copyright or licence notice.


3. FEEDBACK

If you send us feedback, bug reports or suggestions, we may use them without
restriction or obligation to you. You keep no claim over them. You are not
obliged to send us anything.


4. YOUR CONTENT

The software reads documents you choose from your own Google Drive. We do not
receive them. We operate no servers and collect nothing — see the privacy policy
at https://doccuement.com/privacy/.


5. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

This is beta software. It is not guaranteed to be reliable, available, or free of
defects, and it should not be relied upon as the only means of delivering a
script on a production where failure would be costly. Keep a fallback.


6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL ARTIFACT VIDEO, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER
LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM,
OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE, INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION ANY LOST PRODUCTION TIME, LOST FOOTAGE, LOST REVENUE OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.


7. TERMINATION

This licence ends automatically if you breach it. On termination, stop using the
software and delete it.


8. GENERAL

This licence is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard
to its conflict-of-laws rules.
